Our Title Agents have extensive experience and expertise in the issuing of title policies, commitments and searches in all states. We are skilled in the preparation of closing statements and can be trusted to provide timely and accurate guidance. Once the closing has been funded, our agents will ensure that the mortgage is properly recorded.
The Administrative Staff of NTCSI reviews all of the loan documents prior to the scheduled meeting with the borrower and again after they have been executed by the borrower and notarized by our Escrow Closer.
