Howard P. Ross has practiced with Battaglia, Ross, Dicus, and Wein, P.A. and its predecessor partnerships since his graduation from Stetson University College of Law in 1964. His entire career has been devoted to Business Law, Business Litigation, Real Estate Law and Title Insurance. Mr. Ross has the ability to quickly analyze complex real estate matters and determine the course of action that is in the clients’ best interest.
